We start processing your order the same day you place it! After placing your order, you will automatically receive a confirmation email. However, your next update will only be sent once we create a shipping label with one of our logistics partners. This tracking update will be automatically emailed to you.
We know you're excited to receive your artwork, and we are just as excited to get it to you! However, we kindly ask that you wait at least 5 days before reaching out for an update. This helps our team stay focused on making sure your order is processed and shipped as smoothly as possible.

With this warranty, we guarantee that your canvas will be free from material or workmanship defects under normal use for an entire year from the date of purchase. If your canvas loosens, tears, or breaks due to a manufacturing defect during this time, we will replace it with a brand-new canvas of the same design, size, and options—at no cost to you. Alternatively, we offer the option of a store credit for the original purchase amount, which can be used toward a new Fannur product of your choice.
Our only request? We want you to love your Fannur artwork as much as we do. If you ever experience an issue, simply email support@fannur.com with a brief description of the problem, a few photos, and let us know if you’d prefer a replacement or store credit. No stress, no hassle—just solutions.

Returns & Exchanges—Hassle-Free & Risk-Free
We understand that buying art is a personal decision, and we want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. If for any reason you are not absolutely in love with your artwork, we offer a 30-day return window for orders within Europe, the United States, and Canada.
No questions asked. If you decide to return your order, simply ensure it is in its original, unused condition and ship it back using your own label.
To start your return, just email support@fannur.com with your name, order number, and reason for return.
Once received, we will process your refund promptly—because waiting for your money back should never be a hassle.
For international orders outside of Europe, the United States, and Canada, all sales are final. However, if your artwork arrives damaged, simply send us a photo of the issue, and we will immediately send you a free replacement—no questions asked.
