For the best result

Upload a clear photo where your pet is easy to see. Photos with good lighting and a clear view of the face and body usually give us the best starting point. The original background does not need to be perfect — we remove it as part of the design process.

Because every pet portrait is individually created, the finished artwork will be an artistic interpretation of your uploaded photo. Small differences in colour, detail and composition are part of the personalised painting-style process.

FANNUR reserves the right to refuse or cancel personalised orders containing images or content that we consider unlawful, explicit, offensive, hateful, harmful or otherwise unacceptable.

As personalised pieces are made especially for you, they cannot normally be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrectly produced.
